A deeply personal original painting inspired by one of the most iconic landmarks of Novi Sad — Petrovaradin Fortress.

This place holds a special meaning in my life and artistic journey. During my studies, many of my painting classes were held right at the fortress, and I still remember the countless times I climbed to the top, looking out over the Danube and the city below.

Over the years, Petrovaradin Fortress became connected to many beautiful memories — from my time as an art student to experiencing the unique atmosphere of a place that today welcomes people from around the world, including during the famous EXIT Festival.

Living only a few kilometers away, the fortress has always felt like a part of home. Through this painting, I wanted to capture not only one of Novi Sad’s most recognizable landmarks, but also a place that has played a meaningful role in my own story as an artist.

Painted with expressive colors and my distinctive artistic style, the familiar panorama becomes a personal interpretation filled with energy, memory, and emotion.

Every detail was painted by me using my feet, making this artwork completely unique and deeply connected to my artistic journey.
