Doberman Portrait — Original Painting

A realistic portrait of a Doberman and a distinctive piece from an earlier period of my artistic journey.

Unlike many of my more recent works, which are characterized by bold colors, expressive contrasts, and a contemporary Pop Art influence, this painting explores a more realistic and traditional approach to animal portraiture.

The focus is entirely on the Doberman — its strong presence, elegant features, and recognizable character. Through careful observation, detailed brushwork, and a more natural visual language, I wanted to capture both the physical beauty and the confident personality of this remarkable breed.

This artwork is part of one of my older collections, making it a reflection of an earlier chapter in the development of my style. Looking back at works like this reveals the artistic path that eventually led to the colorful and expressive visual language that defines much of my work today.
